I was nervous when buying this because I wasnt sure if this was the whole set or just replacements- I was pleased when it arrived and was the whole set.
My dog has a great time with this toy. The little squirrels inside the trunk are squeaky toys, which she LOVES. The box came with instructions on how to modivate and teach your pet to use it. We put a small treat in the bottom and she had a great time digging it out. The whole process for removing the squirrels takes her less than a minute now, so if there is not a human near by to restock the trunk, she moves on to something else. This is not something I would leave her with and expect it to keep her occupied for the day.
I would say that if your pet enjoys this general type of play (stuffed things, digging, hide and seek) this is an EXCELLENT toy and alot of fun.

But she doesn’t. She gets the eggs out, sets them aside, and looks for more. Once the eggs are out, there’s really no stuffing to worry about (except the head, but she’s not interested in that part). She did get a LITTLE batting out of the cavity where the eggs go – but the seam stayed in tact. If you’re having a hard time picturing what these are all about, see the video!
Your dog will love this. You should follow the instructions and show him how to get the squeaky eggs out without destroying it, and then it will last quite a while, even with a heavy chewer like ours. If your dog is one of those ones that instantly tries to destroy anything soft, this won’t hold up, but if he’s just a player, this will last a while.

I am the owner of a 100 lb. Lab mix who is a VERY powerful chewer. I absolutely LOVE Premier’s products! I cannot speak highly enough of the Citronella Collar, Gentle Leader, and the Busy Buddy Squirrel; these have all made my life with my dog much easier!!
However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the “Twist and Treat”, which I paid a whopping for at a retail store. My dog typically goes through toys like candy, but I thought this one would be worth the money; it just sounded so darn cool! Unfortunately for my pocketbook he chewed through the plastic in 5 minutes flat. This is a very well-designed interactive toy made by a great company, but if you have a strong chewer, stick with the Kongs filled with frozen peanut butter!
What self-respecting mid-size dog isn’t a power chewer? I have a 36 lb. border collie mix and she chewed large chunks off this within 5 minutes, perhaps less. It’s a nice idea, though to keep them busy. The smaller ones may be good for smaller dogs but there is no point to the larger sizes; the material is much too soft. Get this if your mid-sized dog is elderly and mentally focused but can only gum things.

I gave this to my 50 pound lab mix and it took him about 10 minutes to pull out the end of the rope from the knot and start fraying it. Instructions tell you to discard the toy if it becomes frayed so it made for a very disappointing buy. I would only recommend this for a very light chewer.
This toy lasted about twenty minutes after we gave it to our Borzoi puppy and then became dangerous when all the strands of rope came away from the ball. A waste of money. I would not recommend this to anyone!!!
